The founders are planning to establish 10 + plants globally with the vision of environmentally friendly mills with underlying " credit risk" structure that allow for these plants to qualify as " Institutional Grade Asset Classes" 

The underlying credit structure of the plants allow for institutional capital markets to be able to invest in a variety of financing structures including securitization, fixed income and private debt issuances.
